Arizona Career Pathways provides financial assistance and one-on-one support services to help you go from community college to career success.
Financial Assistance
We help pay for education expenses like tuition, books, and fees. And when unexpected challenges arise, we help with non-school related expenses, like utilities, food, and gas.
1:1 Support
We build relationships with each student and do everything we can to see you succeed. We help you sign up for classes and fill out paperwork. We listen and offer advice and encouragement.
Career Connections
We support you throughout your job search. We help you write a resume, coach you on how to shine in interviews, and connect you with employers looking to hire well-trained workers like you.
Career Paths
Arizona Career Pathways will help you earn a degree, credential, or certificate from a Maricopa Community College in one of these high-demand career fields. Some programs can be completed in as few as six months.

Since 2010, Arizona Career Pathways’ proven workforce development model has provided low-income students with the skills training they need for the most in-demand jobs in our community. In doing so, we are making a transformational, positive impact on the lives of our students and their families and producing significant, measurable economic impacts for Maricopa County and our state.
